PR ASSISTANT WANTED

We are looking for a PR superstar that is hoping to gain experience in the areas of Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing and Journalism across industries including fashion, lifestyle, travel and beauty.
Duties:
• Writing press releases;
• Social media management;
• Sponsorship sourcing;
• Proposal writing;
• Organising and attending interviews with talent;
• Organising and attending reviews of activities and products/services;
• Event management;
• General administration and assistant duties;
• Blog updating;
• Liaise with designers and other PR agencies to source products for review;
• Attendance of events and networking;
• Plus more…
Skills Required:
• Photography and graphic design experience preferred but not essential;
• Tenacious and proactive;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Great researcher;
• Large Gold Coast network;
• Passion for the Gold Coast;
• Excellent organisation skills;
• Creative flair/Groovy style;
• Willingness to learn with drive and enthusiasm;
This is a great opportunity for the right person to schmooze with the who’s who of the Gold Coast, attend the best clubs and events, review the best bars and restaurants and gain some expert knowledge in a well established PR agency working with some great brands!
When? Minimum 1-2 days a week plus when required for 6 months
