Needless to say when I discovered I would
be reviewing a hot little bikini from Hawaiian label Boom Boom Bikinis I was
over the moon and bouncing around the office like the little bikini bandit I
am.
Christina Henline, one half of the
beautiful Boom Boom team has recently relocated to Australia and contacted My
Gasoline Rainbow about doing a review. After a chat about the blog and her
label, Christina was kind enough to send me the new “Chi Chi” bikini in rainbow.
With the package practically ripped out of
the postman’s hands, I raced home to try on the hot little number…
First off, the fit was AMAZING- having been
convinced by Christina to try out a size small, the candy coloured bikini fit like a
glove, and was firm and comfortable without cutting in or causing any unnatural
bulging.
The bottoms are so hot, cheeky at the back
to show off what little booty I have, with a comfortably covered front-which
ensured there would be no wardrobe malfunctions in the waves.
The top is a one-shouldered asymmetrical
look with a rope detailed strap, featuring sexy cutouts. Like the bikini
bottoms, the fit is nice and snug- which is great because this feels like a
swimsuit I can surf and chase my puppy in!
To test drive my Chi Chi bikini, I decided
a day at the beach was in order- complete with the fabulous Missy Robinson as
my photographer.

I am happy to report that after a day of
sand, surf and sun, my Boom Boom bikini remained securely in place and kept me
looking spunky all day long.
