COVE CAFE AT HYATT REGENCY, SANCTUARY COVE
Saturday night I was lucky enough to be invited to dine at the fabulous Cove Cafe, located at the Hyatt Regency Sanctuary Cove.
Unable to get a dining partner for the night, I headed off to 'fancy' land for my 7pm reservation.
I don't usually get the opportunity to drive up that way at night time, so enjoyed the views of the lights.
Finding a park at the Hyatt was mildly frustrating - it was very poorly lit and unfortunately full, so ended up parking in the main carpark. Not too far, but in heels... well you know lol
Had the front door opened for me by a concierge cutie, nice touch, and wandered down to Cove Cafe which is located downstairs.
For $49 per person you are able to enjoy a delicious international buffet with a selection of traditional dishes from around the world including a roast, lamb chops, octopus salad, pasta, a cheese station and to compliment your meal, enjoy the wine buffet for an additional $11 per person.
The food was amazing, the venue divine.
Available for dinner from 6pm-10pm and bookings are essential on 5501 9840
