PURE COLOUR LOUNGE - HAIR MAKE OVER

Today I had a wonderful hair experience with a fabulous salon called Pure Colour Lounge at Paradise Point.

A modern, full service salon, clean and white with a BAR and these ridiculously groovy wash stations with incredibly comfy electric chairs that when raised and reclined leave you in an almost horizontal position whilst getting your hair massaged. It's absolute bliss!

But I digress, for those of you that follow my blog and as you'll notice from above, my hair has been my "thing" for a while now. Long, bold balayage and generally messy.

I figured now is as a good time as time as any for a change so after a glowing referral I gave them a call.

I spent most of my time with Scott, the salon's Senior Stylist, been in the industry 13 years during which co-owned a salon. Colour is his speciality. Great bedside manner - I felt very comfortable.

Leaving my colour in his capable hands, a full head of foils and keeping my ends lighter (using real Wella foils as opposed to the usual homebrand aluminium foil), the years of build up lightened quicker than expected.

An amazing cut and blowdry by fellow Senior Stylist Terana and I was over the moon with my new look - which is only the start...

I noticed instantly how the colour softened my face with the warm tones remaining in trend. So happy, can't wait to see what they have in store for me next.
