Yesterday, the fabulous Sonia Stradiotto held her last showcasing for the year and invited her VIP's to the Bliss Xmas Soiree at Marina Mirage to see her latest collection. Lots of gorgeous prints, kaftans and dresses, Sonia has really outdone herself this time!! Fashion parade, sushi, muffins, rolls and champagne... a morning to remember. Coloured jeans are all the craze now with denim becoming available in every colour imaginable. I thought i'd jump on the bandwagon and picked up these gorgeous fuschia ones from Kmart for $15.00. The great thing about these pants is they can be worn day or night, teamed with a pair of ballet flats or heels they look fantastic!

"I don't do flowers or hearts" Up until recently this was a fairly frequent statement said by me in relation to fashion, but as you would have noticed by my very regular wear of the floral trend lately, clearly - the times they are a changing. As I've gotten older, I've learnt to experiment a little more with fashion and I've also learnt that I'm a bit of a chameleon which is rather lucky I guess. This cute little short sleeved jacket when first purchased I was little concerned the pale print looked a little too much like "a couch" as I pointed out to my friend but with some block colours I thought it could it work. And just quietly, when you walk into David Jones and have multiple sales assistants ask where you purchased it, the look on their face when you tell them $6 from AWL is priceless! Lusting over my floral slouchy pants I grabbed this afternoon whilst out and about! Never really been a fan of the floral trend, but these harem style pants with fitted ankle and pockets are slimming and oh so sexy! Stay tuned for styling info xx

Some big things happening in the land of Missy... and today i'm spending the day studying and preparing for the mammoth changes coming my way.
